A Six Sigma Green Belt is a professional who demonstrates an understanding of the Six Sigma methods and philosophy. They are a skilled team member and possess the tools and training to successfully lead small to medium sized improvement projects through the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, & Control). A Green Belt is typically a part-time project manager and is often a team member on a large scale and/or cross-departmental projects being led by a Black Belt.

The Green Belt training program will have a focus on the DMAIC method and will include 6 online modules followed by 17.5 hours live virtual training. A webinar is available following the in-class training to provide a brief summary and review of what was learned.

Upon completion of the training, participants will be eligible to write the online Certification exam and will have one year to submit a completed project demonstrating the practical use of the Six Sigma methodology and tools.

Note: This program includes a statistical software license.
