  • What time are the Micro-Courses?

    All of our Micro-Courses begin at 9:00am EST however we ask that you arrive to the virtual classroom 5-10 mins beforehand.

  • How do I register for a Micro-Course?

    You have a couple of options to register,


    1. Register online through the ezsigmagroup.com website. You can search for courses by using the search box in the header of the website.


    2. Register online through the EZSigma Eventbrite page.


    3. Register directly with an EZSigma representative by emailing info@ezsigmagroup.com or calling 416.648.6509.  

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    If you register online payment is by credit card.  If you register by phone or email you will be sent an invoice and can pay by cheque or EFT.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    If the course is cancelled or changed to a date that you cannot attend you can receive a refund.  Alternatively, you can put the registration fee towards anoter course.

  • What platform do you use for the courses?

    We use ZOOM for all of our instructor-led virtual training.  This includes Lean Six Sigma programs and Micro-Courses.  


    All webinars are hosted on the GoToMeeting platform.

  • What is the registration fee for the Micro-Courses?

    All 2-hour Micro-Courses are $149 CAD per person plus applicable taxes.  If you are a group of 10+ people you are eligible for a group discount fo 10%.
