Organizational Culture has taken on many meanings over the years as the concept and impact of culture has evolved in organizations.

Over the past decade the frequency of conversations and the importance of culture has become more evident as studies have shown a direct connection between an organizations' performance and the culture it instills.  However, the majority of the conversations are focused on culture from an operational viewpoint.
